A short update. Had been busy with work life especially stress. So most of my time goes to the normal way of 'destress' and less internet-ing. After reading a mail sent by a friend with the title "A gift at a Meeting." I was curious what company did this. It's supposed to be a company in China but there wasnt any further info in the mail. Supposed to be at the closing event, after a long celebration, food was presented, together with..... Okay.... that was somehow, a tempting dessert menu. I wonder if this menu exists somewhere.

It’s been more than a week without computer. It's been boring but Wii was quite enough to keep me occupied. I'm probably back into the addicting blogsphere if nothing goes wrong with my computer anymore. Hopefully. The journey to claim my computer back is.. very foggy though. It's rare for Had Yai to be covered in fog. It really feels wierd coming home one day lacking of a daily routine. Since I get my CPU back, I guess things will go normal again. An example of my desk whenever my CPU's working: The power supply's fan that stops working all of sudden, yet the techinician said nothing's wrong with it. Lucky the trainee said the fan stop working sometimes and you have to manually turn it on unless you dont want the CPU to get burned. As we need to use the comp 24 hours, so it's neccessary to.... maybe change the power supply tomorrow, for safety. Anyways, in one of my 300 mails lies this picture. I found them quite entertaining even though I'm not a sumo...

I smell something burning in my CPU, so this will be a very quick update with a very few posts before I crack open my CPU and brings it to the technician. Dead tired as usual due to the excessive customers in our pharmacy. I had to enter the central area as I've an important errand to run. It was a good timing, as I met with the event caravan. Maybe some of you had seen these on TV, but here's some pictures of them. (The near the central area.) (Wait a minute, I see some caravan coming..) These guys were playing music and rythm for... The 2 young men to somehow cut their tounge with their blade. The 2 young men then presented flags with their tounge's blood to the travellers. Close up shot. I apologize if there's all pictures this time, it seems that something is wrong with my CPU and I feel the need to bring it to the technician by tomorrow to prevent bigger problem. Thanks to Mikey's blessing, today the tourists from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore werent afraid to come and visit Had Yai anymore. Upside : - Without doubt good for my taw keh . - You get to see the ' market ' crowded again. - You get the chance to see good mannered tourists. - You get the chance to see leng chais and leng luis . - You get the chance to meet your childhood friends. Downside : - Too tiring. - Stress. - You met people who begs you for free stuff. - You met people who pesters you for a discount. - Sore throat. - Imagine walking through baricade of humans to take whatever medicine needed. Been a year and 1 month ever since I worked from 7am - 5.30pm, so I rarely had time to visit any shopping/food area. I passed by the central areas today, and the entire area is crowded with tourists. Maybe I should take some pics of the area tomorrow, if I still had time. It feels wierd taking pictures in places where not many people takes them, and I feel insecure about...

I was allowed to take a picture of the hall a day before the hall was officially opened. Sad news is, due to the unordinary tight security , a suspicious bag is mistaken for a bomb. From what I heard today, just 5 hours earlier : A Malaysian Newspaper took a picture of the bag and the polices in the area (which is in the car parking area, just beside my pharmacy) during the time, and 'lied' by saying that the bag contains 'bombs.' There's no bombs at all and the news was overeggerated! Too tired after a lecture especially when the lecturers mumbles about whatever financial terms that I never understands or heard before in my life. Plus he talks too fast for me to write down whatever advise he gave. This was the new Southern Region's Meeting Hall, from now on, all Ministers and official meetings will be held here. (This hall is in the middle of a market..) (I was actually surprise, I saw a high class hall in the middle of somehow 'low' class area.) ...

Upon the effort of promoting Had Yai's tourism, tomorrow is the "Vegetarian Week" for all Vegetarian. And in order to allow things to go smoothly, Mayor, and several minister came to Had Yai for an important discussion. Yesterday, I was invited to take a picture of the site when the designing of the hall was on the way. I was going to post the pics I get yesterday but...... The meeting's schedule was at 2pm. An unexpected event happened, at 1pm, when police are in their position to greet our Ministers, we found a suspicious bag in the parking lot . What really was unfortunate was, the BAG is very very near in my pharmacy ! Thus within a few, polices and bomb experts arrived, and in about 10minutes, water preassure was applied to the bag.. (We heard a very loud sound.... I thought it was a bomb, but as I was unable to leave my post, I cant take a picture of the progress.) Ever since Thai Baht starts floating above average, the gap in between Baht and American Dollars keeps getting closer and closer. This, seriously affects import/export companies. Of course, company who imports materials and then exports their products were not badly affected as it's a cheaper capital but since they have to sell it in the same price, their profit would be lower, which is a trade off and no impact were sent to them. However, companies who uses local materials and focuses in exporting were the one who recieves a full 100% damage from the increase of baht price. In the past 6 months, about 20 Industrial company who exports various of products including a company who exports their product (shoes) for Nike, had closed down due the "strong" baht domino. Penting untuk memotong kerugian sebelum investment anda terkena bencana, tapi kadang kala ada saja orang yang berniat baik dan menasihati anda "to" buat ini atau itu. Tetapi tak setiap kali nasihat itu "go along" di pikiran anda. Kerena orang baik itu orang tua berpengalaman dan berkuasa , anda tak boleh menolak, terpaksa harus ikut dia. "In the end", apa yang anda pikir betul kerana investment anda rugi kerana niat baik seseorang.
